Directions

  1. Place chopped chilies, cilantro (or other flavor) and garlic in food processor and grind.
  2. Add the garbanzo beans and grind, adding a little water as necessary.
  3. Add tahini and blend until smooth.
  4. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a food processor.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  6. Transfer hummus to small bowl, cover and chill until you are ready to serve.
