Ingredients
- 4 parts bourbon (e.g., Basil Hayden)
- 4 parts red vermouth (e.g. Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Rouge)
- 1 part ginger liqueur (e.g. Domaine de Canton)
- 3 splashes bitters (e.g. Angostura)
- Ice
Directions
- Chill 2 martini glasses
- Add bourbon, vermouth, ginger liqueur and bitters with a little ice and stir
- Pour into each martini glass over a couple of blocks of ice.
