  1. Place chopped basil and walnuts in food processor and grind.
  2. Add and grind garlic and grated cheese.
  3. Add olive oil.
  4. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice (to taste).
  5. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  6. Transfer pesto to small bowl, cover and chill until you are ready to serve.
